What is your turnaround time?
All items will ship or be ready for pickup in 5/7 business days.

How do I know my bows are on correctly?
Clip: The clip should be placed closest to scalp to ensure the bow stand nice and tall! The knot should be on the top of the clip, not against the scalp!

Wraps/nylon: wraps & nylon should stand nice and tall just like a bow! If it doesn’t look like it’s sitting correctly, it is probably upside down!

Dainty bow: These bows are fragile and should be handled with care!

Are your bows handmade?
YES! All my bows are completely handmade/hand tied/sewn by me!

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refund if Little Wren Bow Co. is at fault for any issues that may have occurred! To ask about a refund please email us at craftycaitcous@outlook.com 

Where are you located? 
We are located in a small town called Madisonville in Western KY!

Can I place a custom order?
At this time I am not doing customs. We do weekly drops and what’s left is always left on the site! Please feel free to browse our ready to ship category, you may find what you’re looking for there!

How do I clean my bows? 

Please don’t machine wash bows. All bows are handmade and need to be spot treated if they become dirty!
